    I have used this tape extensively on a number of my own injuries and also on many clients in my clinic as a Bowen Therapist.

    I love the support it provides whilst also enabling easy but controlled movement of the area/joint concerned.

    I also find it relatively easy to remove when required but does not come undone by itself if applied correctly/managed.

    Because it is not ultra adhesive it can be used without having to shave
